With retiring the Share Your Battle weekly challenge, the Battle Mage Secrets weekly challenge is live. I must say, the new challenge is much more competitive and challenging because it's not about a card but about a specific ruleset. And you have to fight more battles to pick one to share. Because not every time you will get the desired ruleset.
It's tough but it's fun writing though. I surely will miss the old Share Your Battle challenge.

This is the 9th week of this challenge and this week's Battle Mage Secrets challenge is about the Equalizer ruleset.

Just like the previous challenges in this blog, I'll discuss about the Equalizer ruleset and share the best battle playing in this ruleset.

A Few Words About The Equalizer Ruleset

In the 'equalizer' ruleset, the initial health of all monsters is equal to that of the monster on either team with the highest base health.

Using your mana cap wisely is very important here. If possible, don't use high HP monsters as your enemy can be get profited from this. Rather, focus on high-speed-high-damage units.
Don't hesitate to use a monster having the lowest health if the monster has good attack power and speed, because it'll achieve the same health as other monsters on either team.

My preferred strategy to play in this ruleset is to use the low-health 'sneak' monsters army from the Life Splinter using the Lorna Shine as the summoner.

Now I'm sharing my strategy and the lineup for the best battle I won while the Equalizer ruleset is active.

RULESETS

Mana Cap: 39
Ruleset :-
Silenced Summoners: Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities.
Equalizer: The initial Health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster on either team with the highest base Health.
Active Splinters: Fire, Dragon.

My Strategy and Team Setup

SUMMONER

Daria Dragonscale

When the 'silenced summoners' ruleset is active, you may choose any summoner no matter what, because they will not give any buffs/debuffs.
For this battle, I used Daria Dragonscale because I intended to use combinations of monsters from the Dragon and Death splinters.

Team Setup

In this battle, I went with a magic attack-based team. With the 'void shield' ability and 4 armor, Djinn Muirat was the perfect tank to use.
In the second position, there was the Golden Dragon with a 'heal' ability and 3 magic attacks. The Spirit Miner with the 'swiftness' ability was there in the third position, to increase the speed of the team.
Next, there was Boogeyman to slow down the enemy units using his 'slow' ability. The Magi Of Chaos and the Theorosa Nightshade are in the fifth and sixth positions.
Now, that my team is ready, let's charge to the battle.

Key Factors Of This Battle

Using Spirit Miner is the key factor of this battle. This monster already made my team faster, thus they attacked first. Then the enemy monsters had a hard time hitting the Spirit Miner.
My enemy used a well-balanced team of melee, magic, and ranged attack monsters and they all had good attack power. If I use a melee attack-based team, it would have been difficult for me to win this battle.
With his good strategy, my team brings home winning.
