2024 Is Here! - My Goals For The New Year
I know I am a bit late to the party, but we have 2024 now! Another year for us to celebrate and look forward to. There will be a lot going on this year and I am very curious what the future holds for us but in this article I want to focus on my goals for a second. I will discuss my Hive Goals as well as my personal goals and will try to outline a little bit the future of this account. Without further ado, let’s jump straight into it!
Hive Goals
In the past year I managed to achieve around 4000 HP. Now it would have been more, if there wasn’t a 3-4 month break in the last quarter of 2023. This break had several reasons, but now I am starting to get back into writing. Now looking at 2024, I definitely want to fill out the 5k HP. This I am fairly confident to achieve rather sooner than later. As for the end year goal, I am hoping to get up to 7k in Hive.
I am planning to hold my self to at least 2 Blogs a week with an option of adding one or 2 additional ones a week. As for the content, I will definitely stick with Splinterlands. This game is just too interesting for me to just give up. On that note though, I will also look into different blog contents that I will be discussing in a minute.
Different Blog Contents
I recently discovered my childhood Yugioh cards, that I can not leave my eyes from. There are so many memories captured in them and with the new Quarter century Promos going on, this sector of my life is just glowing bright. I recently got a few of these new packs and they are just awesome. Every card in there is a foil! Anyways, over the next few weeks I will throw in the occasional Yugioh content in there and look forward how y’all react. (Hive needs some more Yugioh!!:P)
Furthermore, I want to start recording and reporting on the projects that I am privately working on. Whether it is some house remodeling project, or a day trip that my family and I took. I just need to start taking pictures of these life events, that I would love to share and bring more content into the Hive platform.
On a Personal Note
Last but not least, I have some personal goals outside of the blogging world as well. First and foremost, I want to start reading more consistently. My goal for this year is to finish 2 whole books, which does not sound like a lot, but thinking that 2023 was very low for me with no books at all, I am very sure that baby steps are the correct way forward. Another goal of mine is a very usual one: I want to work out more consistently and I will change something in my routine. During the week, I will wake up around 5 am to work out before work! By the end of 2023, I was always very tired after work which did not help my work out routine. This way I will try to ensure that I will definitely work out every day during the week!
With that being said, I hope that all of you are having a great start to 2024 and are as motivated as I am for some changes! 😊
