Lurkers of the deep vs Magical creatures - Weekly Challenge
Greetings! Here I bring another participation for the weekly battles challenge, today's combo had a very interesting result.
From Splinterlands, DEEPLURKER, FLYING SQUID. Edited with Photoshop CS6
To start with I put this classic bull, with the "void" ability to reduce the damage of incoming magic attacks. I did this because the strategies involving magic + obsidian (summoner) have been quite frequent this season.
In third place is the protagonist of the challenge, this lurker that has (at this level) 3 damage, 3 speed and an excellent ability to attack strategically. He was even in first place when the first two monsters fell.
This is because the magic strategy is devastating because of the huge amount of damage, however I managed to overcome it with the huge amount of damage that the archers added to this lurker.
For the fourth position, this healer from the CL edition, proved to be an essential part of the defense, as she gave crucial time to the tanks. They were taking a lot of punishment from the huge magic offensive.
The rearguard includes two lethal goalkeepers. A legend and an epic axe wielder, adding 8 damage were vital to prevent the enemy's healing + magic strategy from winning by endurance.

The number of doradas was considerable. The tank with shield in the second enemy position seemed to me a bad option, perhaps in other conditions it would be a great idea, at least according to my little experience.

Curious fact:
There is a card very similar to "Deeplurker" but in the death splinter, it differs in speed, life, mana required and price, "Silent sha-vi" is cheaper, faster but less resistant, still both are excellent choices for battle.
My opinion:
The price has gone up a bit lately but it is still a good investment as the attack it offers is excellent to support the offense from a slightly more distant position.
