The main purpose is to provide the means to store video in a decentralized manner, and incentivize the participants in its 4-token economy, including who stores the content and who produces / consumes it.
But from there, if we go in details, it also has a defi mechanism, NFTs, and it works with multiple technologies, which makes it a large and complex project.
