Weekly Battle Challenge - MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN

Mycelic Slipspawn is one of the most popular Earth monsters which deals magic attack and has an amazing skill called Taunt!

This monster so functional that you can use it anywhere according to your strategy for the battle. From the first line to the middle, it does what it is perfect at 🔥

When Mycelic is used in the backline to decrease the number of attacks on the tank, it can even be off-tank who also deals +2 magic attack!

Here you will see an amazing Earth vs Earth battle in which I used Mycelic, Mushroom Seer and Warlord in a perfect harmony.

The strategy behind my team set was that I had to be ready for massive magic attack points from the rival. Besides, Unicorn + healing are two important factors that was making the battle harder for me.

So, Magic Reflection + Silence dminished the impact of the rival magic dealer. At that point, the only serious risk was the survival of my tank, which was supported by Mycelic by taking the magic damage on itself with Taunt and eliminating the unicorn as soon as possible.

When you check the damage dealt to Warlord and Mycelic, you will see similar amount of damage being obserbed. After the tank of the rival was diminished, I had 3+2+3 Magic attack ponts and 4 Melee + 1 Ranged attack points.

When we put them all together, such a fragile team set would never resist my strong team set up!

Taking all deadlious damage on itself, Mycelic was the first one that passed away. As Taunt gets the whole damage from the backliners, it was too likely to happen. By this way, I secured +4 melee attack and the tanks to get the battle!

The strength of my team was that there was a perfect counter attack against my rivals team set. With Mycelic, Mushroom and Warlord, the rival did not have any significant threat on my team.

As I was good at protecting the Warlord with +4 melee attack, I had no single issue by killing the fragile magic attackers in my rivals team set. Taunt + Silence were a perfect skill to be used in such battle.

The weakness of my team was that if my rival did not play a magic attack game, It would be terrible for my team set. What's the strongest side in this battle might be the weakest side against Melee attackers.

Mycelic would take 10 Melee attack but the constant Sneak and Oppornuity attacks would eliminate all my backliners which would leave Warlord alone to death!

The strategy was pretty effective against Earth team as I expected. The way I counter attack my rival made it impossible for him/her to win against my strong team set up.

Taunt of Mycelic and Silence of Mushroom were two great skills that helped my team wipe each rival monster slowly but firmly while keeping my team safe and secure!

Taunt is an amazingly functional skill. Are there better ways to use it?
