The battles continue, all the monsters take their position to enter into combat, the fights are more and more intense, leaving many fallen. For some the inevitable taste of defeat reminds them that a battle is lost but not the war, they must retreat, refine strategies and return to the arena renewed for the next challenge.

Others savor the sweet taste of victory, and celebrate having overcome one more challenge in the arena, but know that they cannot be confident and must remain alert to future challenges against enemies that will surely return re-powered and with a new combat strategy.

This is life in the Splinterlands arena where countless adventures and challenges make us get more and more attached to this game, the king of the NFT play2ern.

This week's challenge is posed with a very particular rule, the Earthquake.

Earthquake

This rule of combat is about an earthquake and every time the "shake" occurs all land monsters lose 2 health points in each round, so the most appropriate to fight in this context are those who have the ability to fly.

Also those with high health points and those with the shield ability are more likely to survive since the effect of this rule would be received by the shield and instead of losing a health point they would lose a shield point.

My combat equipment.

Although monsters with flying ability are ideal to fight when we fight under this set of rules, I used only three with flying ability and my though was the mythical Sea Monster a creature that I use a lot in my combats, besides being the water element one of my favorites to fight.

That said I will give details of my team card by card and why I chose those Splinters.

MY summoner

The summoner I used this time was DELWYN DRAGONSCALE because it adds +1 magic attack to the allied monsters.

First position

Use SEA MONSTER for its life attack and ability which regenerates a portion of life.

Second position

Here use BLACK DRAGON for its life leech ability which allows that when this monster attacks half of its attack is added to the life.

Third position

Use RULER OF TE SEAS for its speed attack and ability that adds +1 speed to allied monsters.

Fourth position

Use SEA GENIE for its attack and flying ability which increases the chance of failure of this card.

Fifth position

Use LINGHTNIN DRAGON for its attack and speed and flying ability which increases the chance of failure of this card.

Sixth position

Use MEDUSA for its stun ability which allows the card that was attacked not to attack for one turn.

My strategy, my victory...

My strategies are quite simple and effective, and when you have a battle where the MANA doesn't limit you so much, you have a good margin of maneuver to choose your decks.

My strategy was based on what the cards I chose offer me, and that's what I almost always do, cards with enough life, a lot of magic attack, and healers that can regenerate and regenerate the others.

My opponent chose a good team as he sent into battle most of the cards with the flying ability, he also used a lot of ranged attack but this was not enough against my team full of magic and healers.
