Hello friends once again here to share my appreciations, tastes and preferences about this latest edition of Splinterlands REBELLION collectible cards. In my previous post I told you about my preferences and mentioned some of my favorite cards in this edition.

Today I am going to dedicate this post to the summoners, not to all the summoners because I would need an infinite or at least quite long post to tell you about all the summoners, and honestly I don't want to tire you, so as in my previous post I am going to choose four summoners that will be among my favorites of all this new edition.

As it is already known by many, new skills and new game strategies were added based on dual summoners, which can summon two different elements in the same battle, but there is also the skill choice, which gives you a time to be able to choose one of two skills that the summoner can apply to the team.

In my particular case I chose only summoners that give you the option to choose ability once the teams have been placed in battle position, something totally new and fascinating in this game.

Here we go...

NOMOS is the first summoner in my list of favorites, as some of you may know, after the water element cards, fire is the second in my list of favorites and although fire is not exactly strong in magic attack (according to my criteria) having a summoner that can subtract -2 of magic to the opponents, if I think it is necessary is a great advantage when you face water or earth elements that are very powerful in magic attack.

The second option that I can choose with this summoner is to apply Dispel to two allied cards, so that when they hit an enemy card it eliminates the positive effects that the rival cards have, then for me this summoner is a very good option.

The second summoner in my list is from the Life element, the third element in my list of favorites and it is AVINA OF THE WOLF another summoner that gives us the possibility to choose what kind of ability we want to give to our team.

With this summoner we have the possibility to choose between adding +2 speed to our entire team and thus give them a greater chance to attack or evade attacks from monsters with less speed, or simply add the ability to one of the cards, to restore their health.

The third summoner in my list of favorites is UNDERBOSS FABINO, a summoner of the earth element that like the previous ones allows us to use the strategy of choosing which ability to give to the allied cards, and I really like it because it gives +2 melee attack to the allied monsters.

The other option is one that I like to use a lot, I dare to say that better than the previous one, according to my personal criteria because I like to use poison or poisoning and in this option if I want to choose I can make this summoner to grant that ability to one of the allied monsters.

To close my list of favorite REBELION summoners I bring you AKANE belongs to the Dragon element and she has two abilities that were recently added to the game, first, if I think it is convenient I can choose to use the ability LOOK OUT, this gives the possibility to the card that has it to receive less damage from the enemies that have the following abilities: Sneak, Snipe, and Opportunity.

The other ability that this summoner manages is AMBUSH, and if this ability is chosen, it gives the possibility to two allied cards to attack even before the combat rounds have started, giving them an advantage in attack.

In conclusion, this new edition is now taking hold and I will surely learn new strategies and maybe my favorite cards will change as I get to know this edition better and adapt to play with these cards.
