Crypto can save you from inflation which is so severe in my country, you will be amazed that the price of some daily commodities increased more than 200%, and our govt. has printed too much money and today the dollar price increased more than 8% within 24 hours in some international exchanges! But BTC will have no inflation in its lifetime!
I had a chance to be rich by investing in crypto, though I tripped my spare funds last time and it is just an interesting area to learn and act accordingly, like I don't trust any banks now and don't put money just like saving cash I always spend for some assets that will not lose its value in the long run, and good cryptos are such type of asset.
I hope you get some answers but you can watch some youtube videos regarding your questions to learn more deeply.
