I have been working with some game developers to create a new type of game for Hive, but at some point we will need to hire some programmers if we want to complete this, but I don't know how to manage programmers.
Anyways, this post just made me think of everything that we've been doing and what's next for us.

u manage programmers by using hive proposals have them ask for their own money
peopel wont work in hierarchies in the future
also try telos.net proposal system decidevoter.app and ask @telosnetwork about managing developers
what you do is just have your white paper and cling, cling hard
and you set a budget and see who can deliver. its not gonna be perfect and will probly fail so just do it for fun :D
and nevermind that i created $SAND on fuckin steem in like 2018 first for @sandiegocoin or that we had our own steem metaverse from @disregardfiat called @dlux-io lol
