First off this monster and challenge is awsome!!
Especially during rulesets with sneak, opportunity or all melee can attack.
If you lower the attack of the enemies to 1 a shielded monster will simply stay alive... this is what my opponent did.
Line-up: i put a tanky unit with thorns in the front. This was the golden move, the opponents disintegrator died by thorn and earthquake before mine did.
Afther disintegrator died i could damage the tank again and won. Both strategies worked and demonstrated how impactfull disintegrator was for both sides, i barely won cause mine lived longer.
Mightbe next time i'll also try a shielded monster with the disintegrator combo, but with a triage / repair unit to keep him alive.
