Splinterlands - Ups & Downs - How my Journey has been with Splinterlands & Strategy Ahead...

Lets start with - how I became part of this amazing game Splinterlands. But before that it is imperative to know about its governance token Splintershards aka SPS. I invested into the game during the beta sale and since then continue to invest in the game. Honestly speaking my investment in this game has given me 15x returns and it could be even more and at the same time it continues to grow exponentially. I was fortunate to buy Land Tract [Land with 100 plots] at the right time before the prices for the land skyrocketed. Currently, 1 Land Tract on WAX blockchain is being sold for close to $20K+ which is equivalent to 500K+ $WAX tokens. And whereas I had bought the same LAND Track for just under $1.5K. I continue to HODL the land as its gonna have more utility in the game as it progresses/grow in near future with land expansion plans which is about it release in some time.

On the other end if you are interested in buying a TRACT then is ONE TRACT for SALE on Hive-engine for 35000 HIVE which is equivalent to almost $9450 [35000 * 0.27]. The other option is to buying plots individually and they are not cheap as well. One plot in internal market is costing around $90+ . So right there if you see my purchase price back then 2 Years a go and now from $1200 to $10000+ its like almost 10x return from the land investment alone. Now that we have seen my investment in LAND grow exponentially; lets look at another examples of my different cards collection and where they stand today in terms of dollar value....

My Splinterlands Cards Value - $27K+

You can clearly see the total cards that I HODL in the game which is 13.4K+ out which 640 is Gold Foil Cards; over BCX is 28181 and all these assets at current market price is woth $27K+. There was a time, when all the cards were almost $100K+ dollars and I was even thinking of selling them to buy a real asses i.e. a LAND in my native town. But any how I didn't pursue that plan for some reasons and now I totally regret of not selling the cards. Anyways that is past now and focusing in the present all these cards are generating me a passive income stream as I have rented out many of my cards for #DEC which is another in game token of Splinterlands game.

Owner to ONE - License Node & Reaping SPS Rewards

Fast forward a couple of years, I am a proud owner of 1SPS Node Validator License. I bought the license node during the Tranche 1 sale it costed me around $1.5K plus 500 Vouchers. Looking at the price now, you can buy License Node for about $500 only on Hive-Engine; you can clearly see the difference in price here, its a got opportunity to buy validator license node at this price for sure. To be honest, I am very much tempted to buy another license node from the Internal market. But as everybody faces cash crunch situation and a bit of fear buying an assets that could fall even further right now is restricting me to buy another #license node. Maybe if it falls another $100 from here I may reconsider it buying immediately as opposed to waiting any further...

Also just by HOLDing the SPS Node Validator License one can receive rewards in the form of Splintershards (SPS) & VOUCHER tokens. I am getting close to 20+ SPS and 3+ VOUCHER tokens daily. Finally coming to #SPS stake and my plan for it; here is my current stake in $SPS which is worth $4k+ at the moment. Its a bit sad to see #sps trading at such a low price, there was a time where I was just HOLDing 100K+ #SPS and they were more than $40K+ worth.. do you see the downfall here..that is crypto RIGHT? Anyways, people who SOLD it high were the ones who did it right. I also SOLD some of my in game assets for which I converted it to real GOLD that would be roughly $5K+ approx but I had the opportunity to book more profits but then my greed didnt allow me to the same..anyways no regrets here as I still bought some GOLD coins and continue to #HODL in game assets worth more than $25K+ which I feel is still good and has a lot of potential of growing in near future and at the same time these assets are generaing passive income for me here on the #HIVE Blockchain on a regular basis...so that's a BIG WIN situation too.. isn't it?

I'll end here now and that's all about it My Strategy, Investment & Plan Forward for Splinterlands game for now is just Staking and Staking all the SPS tokens for now and I would like to reach this GOAL for #SPS which is like having 300K+ #SPS tokens staked... cheers
