An Old Wall That Holds a Story

This wall may look ordinary. Old bricks that are starting to crumble, their arrangement no longer neat, and their color fading over time. However, behind its simplicity, lies an untold story.

I stood for a long time staring at this wall. The small cracks seemed to be traces of the long journey it had traveled. No matter how many rainy and hot seasons had come and gone, it still stood, even though it no longer asked questions.

Sometimes life is like this wall. We are built with strong hopes, arranged with neat plans. But as time passes, reality begins to shift in many ways. Some parts crack, some become loose, and some even nearly collapse.

Problems come without permission. Circumstances don't always go as planned. But like this wall, we persist. Though imperfect, remaining standing is a form of victory.

I've learned that not everything that appears fragile is weak. In fact, often, those who have been through the most are the strongest. It's no longer as beautiful as it was at the beginning, but full of meaning.

This wall taught me one simple thing: That surviving isn't about being perfect, but about not giving up even when things aren't easy.

And perhaps, like this old wall, we too are waiting for the right time to be repaired, strengthened, and rebuilt in a better way.
