Olá comunidade Hive, estou voltando a jogar Splinterlands e também a fazer posts para os desafios semanais. Muita coisa mudou desde a última vez que joguei, principalmente os novos formatos de batalhas então devo levar um tempo para me acostumar, para o desafio desta semana irei falar sobre uma carta que me ajudava muita nas batalhas e acredito que ela continua sendo muito útil e usada nas batalhas em Splinterlands.

A carta que estou falando é o Truth of Defender do deck de vida e ele possui uma das habilidades mais úteis nas batalhas que é a Protect, essa habilidade faz com que ele conceda +2 de escudo para todas as suas cartas aliadas em batalha e o escudo serve para bloquear o dano causado por ataques melee e ranged. Na minha opinião essa é uma habilidade muito útil e que me rendeu muitas vitórias quando eu jogava. Além disso o Truth of Defender é uma carta que possui ataque mágico e eu considero isso um bônus porque cartas com esse tipo de ataque atacam diretamente a vida das cartas adversárias, ou seja, elas ignoram o escudo e isso é bastante poderoso.

História

O Defensor da Verdade é um poderoso mago de Khymeria, bem como uma importante figura política para a Ordem do Escudo de Prata. Quando os guerreiros Khymianos marcham para a guerra, o Defensor da Verdade é seu General. Ele inspira suas tropas com a proteção divina do Escudo de Prata.

Estátisticas

Por ser uma carta épica o Truth of Defender possui 6 levels e uma única habilidade que é a Protect mencionada anteriormente, mas ela já é o suficiente para que ele seja uma ótima escolha nas batalhas. Seu ataque é baixo no level 1 mas apartir do level 2 ele já possui 2 de ataque que pode chegar a 3 de ataque apartir do level 5, então não é uma carta apenas para dar suporte com escudo mas também uma ótima carta para causar dano e seu custo de mana é de apenas 4 e eu considero esse um outro bônus porque faz com que ele possa ser usado nas batalhas sem você ter que gastar toda mana com uma única carta.

O Truth of Defender possui 2 edições que são a Beta e a Alpha, então independentemente de qual você escolha ele irá te dar uma bônus nos ganhos de DEC e Focus Points, mas no caso da edição Beta será 5% e da edição Alpha será 10%. O preço dele pode ser um pouco alto se você for jogar em ligas altas como ouro ou acima, mas é uma carta que é muito útil nas batalhas e você não irá se arrepender de ter.

Outra carta muito útil que você pode utilizar junto do Truth of Defender (apenas opcional) é a Time Mage que possui a habilidade Rust apartir do level 5 que faz ela reduzir o escudo das cartas do seu adversário em 2, então você teria o Truth of Defender para dar um buff em suas cartas e a Time Mage para dar um debuff no seu adversário deixando as cartas dele vulneravéis a ataques melee e ranged.

Em termos de valores para comprar o Truth of Defender custa um valor razoavel se você escolher a edição Beta, e por ser uma carta épica de uma edição antiga acredito que os $19.44 gastos por BCX (comprando individualmente) serão um bom investimento, principalmente se Splinterlands continuar a crescer, então a procura por cartas como ele irá aumentar e seu valor também. Particulamente prefiro alugar porque comprar vários BCxs seria caro, mas talvez no futuro eu o possua em minha coleção.

A lot has changed since the last time I played, especially the new battle formats so it should take some getting used to, for this week's challenge I'm going to talk about a card that helped me a lot in battles and I believe it's still very useful and used in battles in Splinterlands.

The card I'm talking about is the Truth of Defender from the life deck and he has one of the most useful abilities in battles which is Protect, this abilitiy makes him grant +2 shield to all your allied cards in battle and the shield serves to block the damage caused by melee and ranged attacks. In my opinion this is a very useful ability and one that won me many victories when I played. In addition, Truth of Defender is a card that has magic attack and I consider this a bonus because cards with this type of attack directly attack the life of the opposing cards, that is, they ignore the shield and that is quite powerful.

The Defender of Truth is a powerful wizard of Khymeria, as well as an important political figure for the Order of the Silver Shield. When the Khymian warriors march to war, the Defender of Truth is their General. He inspires his troops with the divine protection of the Silver Shield.

Stats

Because it is an epic card, Truth of Defender has 6 levels and a single ability, which is the Protect mentioned above, but it is already enough for it to be a great choice in battles. Its price can be a little high if you are going to play in high leagues like gold or above, but it is a card that is very useful in battles and you will not regret having it.

Another very useful card that you can use with the Truth of Defender (only optional) is the Time Mage which has the Rust ability from level 5 onwards which makes it reduce the shield of your opponent's cards by 2, so you would have Truth of Defender to buff your cards and Time Mage to debuff your opponent leaving their cards vulnerable to melee and ranged attacks.

In terms of values ​​to buy Truth of Defender it costs a reasonable amount if you choose the Beta edition, and because it is an epic card from an old edition I believe that the $19.44 spent for BCX (buying individually) will be a good investment, especially if Splinterlands continue to grow, so the demand for cards like it will increase and its value as well. I particularly prefer to rent it because buying several BCxs would be expensive, but maybe in the future I will have it in my collection.
