Brawl Play & Opening Two Gladius Case: My Splinterlands Journey

Splinterlands remains one of my absolute favorite play-to-earn games on Web3. In the past, I was deeply engaged with it every single day—whether I was grinding out tactical card battles, managing my asset portfolio, or developing my land and plots.
Lately, however, real-life priorities have taken over, which has kept me somewhat sidelined for the past couple of months. While I still do my best to log in and play my daily battles, my land management has unfortunately been left completely untouched. Even when I can't actively manage my assets, I try to stay in the loop. The Splinterlands team has been rolling out a massive wave of development, with several major updates hitting the ecosystem over the last few weeks.
Whenever I find a spare moment, I make sure to catch up by listening to the official Town Hall recordings on YouTube. It's easily the best place to get accurate details on what's coming next. From what I've gathered, the new pack specifically designed for plot utility has already been released, marking a massive milestone for the future of the land expansion.
In the wild format today I unlocked the Silver I with 1840 rating, still have to play 17 battles for qualifying the leaderboard rewards. At present every win in Wild format earn me approximately 474 glints and till now earned more then 17.5k Glints in the current season and holding 1000k glints in my wallet.
As I mentioned in the previous posts also I am working on AI generated Videos about the Game. It is taking more than expected time and many ideas have come to my mind and puzzled me. Hope in coming weeks I will be able to share some output.

Brawl Game Play

The current Brawl has ended today and the good thing was I had submitted the teams for all battles well before the time so I have done my part. As compare to my last Brawl I play we went down one position as on leaderboard our team was at fifth position.
If we look at the position of team on leaderboard we stand at fifth position with 258 points, which is better then the previous brawl play which was sixth position. With 360 points the Mega Therion was on first position. Cumulatively we won 86 battles and lost the 49 battles and the team at first position won the 120 battles and lost 42 battles. Overall our performance has been improved.

Lets talk about the my performance in the brawl. I am glad to share that my performance has been improved and I am able to secure the first position among the team mates. All the battles were submitted before time and with only one lost battle earned the 24 points along with 4200 Merits and 27. 265SPS. In total played the 9 battles and out of 9 battles, won the 8 battles and lost 1 battels. The win rate was 88% which is above average. My personal performance has been increased as compare to the previous brawl but the Guilds overall performance has been decreased.

Please check the below screenshot for the overall outcome of the brawl. We as a team received the 63 crowns and each fully participating member also received 4200 Merits along with 27.265 staked SPS token.

Its time to open two Gladius packs, sharing the screenshot of cards I pulled form opening a Gladius pack.

One Epic and rest were common. The pack opening was good as received one Epic card, I am not a big fan of death team but still epic is always welcome. Trapp has good a nice melee attack and cost only 4 mana.

Second pack was average as received one rare and all other common cards only.
