to change the fee for all the sells , rents , etc :

• 2% for the DAO
• 1 % more fee for sellers

purpose:

• fight against the bots with the fee
• indirect decreasing of the DEC supply for a long term view which with additionals changes will stabilize or arise the price of DEC

changement des couts sur toute opération tel que vente location et autres:

• 1% de plus de couts pour les vendeurs

l'objectif:

• lutte contre les bots
• la décroissance indirecte de la quantité de DEC sur une vision long terme en addition avec d'autres modifications pour stabiliser voir augmenter la valeur du DEC
