BALI SEASONED GOLD FISH
4 goldfish clean
10cm turmeric, grated
salt to taste
Oil for frying and sauteing
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
100 ml water
1 lemongrass stalk
Puree
50 grams of red chili
4 pecans
4cm ginger
5 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
Java sugar to taste
Salt to taste
How to make
Coat fish with turmeric and salt, let stand for 20 minutes.
Heat the cooking oil. Fry the fish until golden brown. Lift.
Heat a little oil, saute ground spices and lemongrass until fragrant.
Add sweet soy sauce and water, cook until boiling.
Add fried fish. Occasionally turn the fish over until it is covered in cooking spices.
Lift and Serve.
Serve for 4 people
