Thanks. It's my first year on Hive when I set this kind of yearly goals, publicly. They help, immensely.
I have kept a few journals in my life but never was faithful to it.
Once I found a journal from around 1988 and wrote that I would own and operate a bar/restaurant in the Tropics. This is my 17th year now living in the Tropical Highlands of Central America and have owned two bar/restaurants but got out of that business 6 years ago.
Wow! So you actually made it happen and had your bars/restaurants at the tropics! I'm not sure why you closed them. Could have been the difference between the dream you had and the reality which often is harsher.
I have a guardian angel that helps me kick out my demons when they get out of control.
