it is for listing sps to big exchange proposal,so i think Binanceis best because Binancehas wide range community and is also famous one ,
I am vehemently against a large exchange listing at this point before the SPS flywheel is up to speed and people are burning for DEC. The probability of a prolonged dump of the token is a much bigger cost than the potential ease of onboarding new players.
How badly do new players even need to buy up SPS utility tokens for governance? Not really much at all, and typically they can connect with someone already in the game to help with the crypto side of things if they need it. I don't think people not being able to acquire SPS thru a big-name exchange is holding back the new player experience.
