This is my first submission for the weekly battle challenge!

STRATEGY

Being a 40 mana rule set, I went with Shieldbearer as my tank hoping he would take all the attention while I attacked with magic and range. Silvershield Sherrif closed out my backline perfect for +3 snipe. While Venari Crystalsmith provided heal and Renova added +1 health. Usually this lineup is a formidable foe.

RESULTS

When I put in my lineup I had a good feeling I was going to put up a good fight. As I had magic and range with heal as reinforcements. While Shieldbearer attacked from the front.

Unfortunately, it was over as soon as my opponent decided to pull good ole Yodin out of the woodwork. Blast combined with the speed of his team completely decimated any chance I had of winning. Something tells me my adversary uses this lineup every chance they get lol.

SUMMARY

Although, I lost, I was quickly reminded of how important a summoner is to the game of Splinterlands.

No matter how good your strategy is, it can be nerfed with just one single card.

I had zero chance off the gate lol.
