The Hive BR guild is one of the leading Portuguese-speaking guilds in Splinterlands. It is currently in first place in the Rankings when compared to other guilds of the same linguistic genre, and occupies position number 115 in the overall Rankings.
It was created in October 2021, after the existence of the Hive BR community, formed by Brazilians who met within the Hive Blockchain, and the initial idea was to unite Brazilian players in one place. Some time later, the goal of beating the largest Brazilian guild at the time, Peakmonsters Brazil, emerged. It was achieved and still is today, but without any fights between the two, just a healthy rivalry, so that everyone can feel motivated to keep growing within the game.
It is led by the player Kaibagt, who manages the donations for the builds, and also organizes who and where each of the players will play in the Brawls, keeping track of the results and identifying possible improvements, which can also be proposed by the players, through polls carried out by him. These improvements are not just about that, but about all aspects of a community in general.
Other players are also invited to carry out tasks relating to the guild, such as searching for new members, creating posts like this one, reminding our players to place their teams in Brawls, as well as placing them in their respective frays correctly, among other things that exist or may exist in the future.
Our main goal at the moment is to improve the construction of the Arena. This will not only increase the amount of prizes that we will acquire individually and collectively, but we will also have more places available in this event, so that the vast majority of players can take part, without the need to rotate every cycle.
We are 26% of the way to achieving this goal, and we expect to reach it by the beginning of next year. To make this possible, all members make fortnightly and quarterly donations, bringing unity and motivating them not to stop doing so, through raffles that take place monthly, coming from the weekly prizes that are acquired through these posts.
We don't have final goals, because every time we reach one, we look for another. This keeps the flame burning so that we never remain stagnant, seeking constant evolution until the end of our journey in this game that we love so much.
The Hive BR Guild will maintain this cycle of constant evolution as long as there are Brazilian players willing to dedicate part of their time to having fun in this wonderful world of Splinterlands. Some use the fun as an incentive, others as a form of investment, because those who are not only in the best, but in the worst moments of a cycle, will enjoy all the benefits available when that best moment arrives. And for those who are only there for the first reason, any profit they make will be a bonus added to everything the game provides.

A guilda Hive BR, é uma das principais entre as falantes da língua portuguesa no Splinterlands. Atualmente, ela está na primeira colocação no Rank ao se comparar com outras guildas do mesmo gênero linguístico, e ocupa a posição de número 115 no Rank geral.
Ela foi criada em Outubro de 2021, após a já existência da comunidade Hive BR, formada por brasileiros que se conheceram dentro da Blockchain Hive, e a ideia inicial, era unir também os jogadores brasileiros em um só lugar. Algum tempo depois, surgiu a meta de bater de frente com a maiora Guilda brasileira da época, a Peakmonsters Brazil. Ela foi alcançada e se mantém até hoje, mas sem brigas entre ambas, apenas uma rivalidade saudável, para que todos possam se sentir motivados a continuar crescendo dentro do jogo.
A liderança é feita pelo jogador Kaibagt, que administra as doações referentes as construções, e também organiza quem e onde cada um dos jogadores irão disputar os Brawls, fazendo o controle dos resultados e identificando possíveis melhorias, que podem ser propostas pelos jogadores também, através de enquetes realizadas pelo mesmo. Tais melhorias, não são referentes a isso apenas, mas a todos os aspectos de uma comunidade em geral.
Outros jogadores também são convidados a realizar tarefas referentes a guilda, tais como a busca por novos membros, a criação de posts como este, lembrar nossos jogadores de colocarem seus times nos Brawls, além de colocá-los em suas respectivas frays corretamente, dentre outras mais que existem que existem ou possam existir futuramente.
Nosso maior objetivo atualmente, é realizar a melhoria na construção denominada Arena. Com isso, teremos a oportunidade de participar dos Brawls Tier 4, o que não só aumentará a quantidade de prêmios que iremos adquirir individualmente e coletivamente, mas também iremos ter mais vagas disponíveis nesse evento, para que a grande maioria dos jogadores possam participar, sem que haja a necessidade de fazer um rodízio a cada ciclo.
Estamos com 26% desse objetivo atingido, com expectativa de alcançá-lo até o início do ano seguinte. Para que isso seja possível, todos os membros realizam doações quinzenais e trimestrais, trazendo a união e motivando-os a não deixarem de fazer isso, através de sorteios que ocorrem mensalmente, oriundo das premiações semanais que são adquiridas através desses posts.
Não temos metas finais traçadas, pois sempre que atingimos uma, buscamos outra. Isso mantém a chama acesa para que nunca fiquemos estagnados, buscando uma evolução constante, até o fim de nossa jornada nesse jogo que tanto amamos.
A Guilda Hive BR irá manter esse ciclo de evolução constante, enquanto existir jogadores brasileiros dispostos a dedicarem parte de seu tempo se divertindo nesse maravilhoso mundo de Splinterlands. Alguns usam a diversão como incentivo, outros como forma de investimento, pois aqueles que estão não só nos melhores, mas nos piores momentos de um ciclo, irão desfrutar de todos os benefícios disponíveis, quando este melhor momento chegar. E para aqueles que estão pelo primeiro motivo apenas, qualquer lucro que obtiverem será um bônus somado a tudo que o jogo lhe proporciona.
