A poor Little Guy In The Forest- Mycelic Morphoid, Good To Use As A Bate Or delay In The Battle

Hello splinterlords and splinterladies around the world, how are you feeling today? Hmm, I was expecting this weekly challenge but when I saw it yesterday, I was busy doing things that made me not want to write at that moment.
i Love what splinterlands is doing, they are trying to carry everyone along, and that is the reason they picked cheap monsters to talk about every week.
Mycelic Morphoid is not part of my choice monsters in splinterlands, this monster has only one ability from level 3 to the highest level and it has less health.

The reason I called Mycelic Morphoid a poor little guy is that this monster has no power to fight or defend in the battle.
It can only be used to eliminate or damage monsters' health or armor in battle, due to thorns ability. I think level three of this monster is useful against opportunity monsters with 1 or 2 health. It is pretty sure that such opportunity monsters will attack mycelic morphoid that may lead to elimination.
Mycelic morphoid is also good for delaying by positioning it in the first or last position.
I was defeated recently with mycelic morphoid a few days ago when the opponent placed the morphoid in the first position and monsters with lower speed as the second and third.
I selected Monsters with high speed as my first and second monsters, then my second monster which was fineas rage attacked and damaged by thorns ability of mycelic morphoid: while cerberus attacked my opponent monster with armors and shield ability.
By the time opponent monsters attacked, cerberus was eliminated in the battle. In the first round, I knew I had already lost the battle; I skipped the battle and I lost woefully.
Hmmm, like i have said sometimes ago, monsters have their best battles in a particular rule of the battle.

BATTLE RULE

Explosive Weaponry: All monsters have the blast ability

Broken Arrow: Ranged attacked monsters may not be used in the battles. This is the reason, no ranged attacked monster was available in the selection

ARRANGEMENT
mo.png
Mycelic Morphoid: the best place to use mycelic morphoid for me is the first position. I knew if it is attacked, the attacker’s health or monster would surely be damaged if the attacker is a melee monster.
But in this battle, I used mycelic morphoid as a bate or delay monster. This is because the weaponry rule was given and I want it to take the first attack so that my second monster can have time to recover its health back.
Morphoid was eliminated as usual as planned, and I won the battle in grandstyle.

flesh golem.png
Flesh Golem: I knew this monster would heal itself back, that was the reason I placed it in the second position.
In round 1, the health of flesh golem was reduced to 4, by the time flesh golem healed itself the health went back to 10 with the help of wood nymph.
By the end of round two, two monsters of my opponent were eliminated in the battle- creepy ooze and kelp initiate.
When creepy ooze was eliminated by uraeus, three of my monsters had the opportunity to attack faster- flesh golem, spirit shaman, and wood nymph.
By the end of round 3, one monster was left from my opponent's lineup.

failed summoner.png
Failed Summoner: The only reason I placed failed summoner as the third monster was because of the weaponry ability.
The second that failed summoner was good to be placed in the third position so that it can reflect against magic monsters. My plans worked out, just like the way I planned it against magic monsters. I knew my opponent would use magic monsters in this battle, but never expected that my opponent would use up to 4 magic monsters.
Failed summoner directly damaged the health of venari wavesmith, and river nymph that made it possible to eliminate them in this battle.

wood nymph.png
Wood Nymph: I understand that flesh golem would not be able to withstand the intensity of attack from opponent monsters; I knew it would not survive it because it has no void ability nor shield ability. Hence, the best thing was to add wood nymph to my battle lineup so that it would give flesh golem more support in terms of increasing flesh golem’s health.
It is very clear that wood nymph was increasing flesh golem’s health in each round that made flesh undestroyable.

spirit shaman.png
Spirit Shaman: The stun ability was very necessary for me in this battle, stunned kelp initiate and most especially Djinn Oshannus. If not because of the stun ability, wood nymph would have been destroyed by blast ability in the last round of the battle.
Spirit Shaman stunned oshannus twice, which made it impossible for oshannus to attack.
This was my major plan for using spirit shaman in this battle, just to stun the first monster in this battle since the first monster is always one of the powerful monsters in the battle lineup.

uraeus.png
Uranus: use this monster to attack from behind. I understand that different types of abilities are needed and different types of attacks are needed.
