Hello Splinterlands lovers across the world, how are you doing today? How was the previous season in your end?
For me, the previous season was the worst season since I started playing Splinterlands. I got only 12 seasonal chests of which I do get more than that in a day. I tried my best to make sure to reach 20 season rewards chests; it was impossible for me to get.
Hearing other players' testimonies of what they got every season makes me work harder. I knew success does not come easy. Success is not gotten on a platter of gold; it is a thing you work out.
I love to hear players earn good every season; and I have been walking hard to be like them.
I believe in the adage that says, "one looks like what he/she believes, the book he read and the people he/she follows."
That is the reason I love these types of players and always want to be like them. They are worthy to be emulated in this game. Reading their blogs makes me feel like I can be like them in the future.
I also understand that the more your investment, the better your rewards. This understanding makes me work harder on a daily basis both in Splinterlands and hive to earn more so that I can use the money to get more investment in Splinterlands. I have a big plan for the year 2023 for Splinterlands. I have set a goal of accumulating SPS above 60k this year; it seems impossible because I am doing projects here right which already had negative effects in pursuing my Splinterlands: the project will not come to an end so fast, I have months to finish the project.

✅✅BRAWL NEWS✅✅
Few days ago, I entered fray 6; the reason I love this fray is because it allows any card to be used in battles. It is a fray I love most because of the ability to use any cards. Moreover, I don't like using only chaos to play because I don't have all the cards to play ⚜️gold fray.⚜️
The first day I played gold, I was not able to win three out of seven battles because my gold 🪙 cards were limited. Right now, I have many gold cards (summoners and monsters); but I don't just like to play them because of the first impression when I started.
Few months ago when I joined the brawl, I was playing gold fray 🪙because it was a fray I was given by an officer. I didn't make any impact on the game because I lost many battles; that was the reason I chatted in the brawl chatting system, and someone replied that I can choose my favorite and that it is not compulsory to play the fray I was given.
Then, I tried fray 6 in which I won 80% of the battles; this gave me the zeal to play Splinterlands.

I was able to win 5 brawl battles in the recent battles; That was good 😂😂😂😂. By the end of the battles, I was rewarded 700 merits and 10.861 SPS.

When I checked the amount of merits I had, I discovered that I could buy a Gladius pack. I bought a Gladius pack and I opened the pack immediately.

✅✅Ruleset✅✅

Fire and Regret: All monsters have the return fire ability. One of the things you need to understand about this rule is that you need to be clinical when using ranged attack monsters. When a monster with range attack hits the target, the targeted monster will return the attack. This is the reason I don't like to use monsters with range ability when fire and regret is given in battles. The only ranged monsters I used are the monsters with healing ability. Such monsters will heal back their health.

Unprotected: Monsters do not have any armor and do not get armor from abilities or summoner buffs.
This ruleset nullified armor from monsters or summoners; Therefore, using protected monsters will not be effective in this battle because such a monster will not give armor to friendly monsters.

🐲🐲MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT✅✅

The Kraken

Splinter: Life
Level: 1
Pack: Untamed
Ability: Taunt
Kraken's health was interesting. Kraken was the monster with the highest health. Its health was a big deal for me in this battle.
Kraken's taunt ability was also helpful in this battle. All opponent monsters were attacking kraken except a chaos dragon.

Djinn Oshannus

Splinter: Life
Level: 2
Pack: Chaos legion pack
Abilities: Void and Phase
If you watch my lineup probably, I only used two attacks- melee and magic. This is because using ranged monsters in this kind of battle is a waste.
Moreover, Djinn Oshannus was in second position because it had the ability to lead and attack in any position. Just like how I planned it, Djinn Oshannus led the battle in the second round and was eliminated in round 4.

Nerissa Tridawn

Splinter: Life
Level: 2
Pack: Chaos legion pack
One quality that makes me like Nerissa Tridawn is the magic attack. The magic attack of Nerissa Tridawn is very good. If I use a life summoner in this battle, Nerissa Tridawn's health would have been 4.
By the time Nerissa Tridawn left the battle, only a monster was left in my opponent's lineup.

Captain Ghost

Splinter: Life
Level: 3
Ability: Affliction
Battle like this needs a monster with affliction to stop any monster with healing ability in case if such a! monster was among the monsters in the battle. My experience in battles have taught me to use a monster with affliction.

Kulu Mastermind

Splinter: Life
Level: 1
Card: Reward card
Ability: Weapons Training and opportunity
The melee of Kulu Mastermind was very interesting and that made me choose the monster

Isgald Vorst

Splinter: Life
Level: 3
Pack: Gladius pack
Abilities: Opportunity and Bloodlust
It is good to use opportunity monsters in unprotected rule; since the armor is ruled out, the opportunity monsters will have the opportunity to eliminate monsters with the smallest health in the battle.
My opponent also used a taunt ability monster; and summoner with camouflage ability. Therefore, this summoner can not allow monsters to attack in any direction. Opponent monsters can only attack a monster in the first position. That was the reason both Isgald Vorst and Kulu Mastermind were attacking monsters in the first position.
