United states D.H.S set to host blockchain based event with $25,000 reward

united states department of homeland security will be hosting a blockchain wallet challenge on october 27 in collaboration with silicon valley innovative programm. the challenge will be split into 2 rounds with a $5000 reward for three winners of the first round and an additional $10,000 for the first runner up of the first round.
in the event, the overrall winner of the challenge will present their wallet designs both UX(user experience) and UI(user interface) design.
The WORLD WEB CONSORTIUM and government experts will provide feedback including their insight and comments on the design.
The blockchain based wallet will be using ledger distributed technologies to improve their security.
The event will be hosted mainly to acess ideas and as well as solutions from the public.
