Hive DRIP has just crossed the 100k milestone for staked SPS! We're diversifying across GameFi projects and Splinterlands is considered a blue-chip of the Hive gaming world.

As you know, we sold out of our pre-sale in 5 days. We had planned on starting staking rewards 30 days after launch. We're ahead of schedule and started staking rewards yesterday! So in addition to your daily payout in swap.hive (whether you hold liquid or staked DRIP) we will be paying out daily DRIP coins based on how many you have staked.

Example

If you started with 1000 DRIP staked, you'll receive 2.5 coins the first day of staking rewards. If you then restake those coins, you'd earn 2.50625 additional DRIP the next day. If you did this each day for a year without ever purchasing more coins you'd have 2487.71 DRIP coins. Since the Swap.Hive payout is per coin and we plan to increase the payout slightly each month you'd be receiving more than 2.5 times your current hive payout. The power of compounding is huge so don't forget to restake!

Staking Rewards

You'll receive exactly .25% of your staked DRIP tokens rewarded daily in liquid DRIP coins. This is a 149% APY. Coins paid out are liquid so you'll need stake them daily if you want to keep compounding your rewards.
