All This Time Away And Still Not Even Half Way Through Rewards

I've been stepping away from Splinterlands for a little while now since I pulled my nearly $300K cash out of splinterlands. I've just been renting my remaining stuff out and waiting for things to get closer to selling out before I dumped a bunch of cash back in but it feels like I've been away a while now and we're still not even half way through the reward commons.

I'm definitely starting to think that rewards were set way too high but then again if their target was to get about a year out of these rewards then you could make the argument that they're actually doing pretty well on that timeline too so far. I guess it depends on how you look at it but it just feels like the supply of these cards is just way to high.
