Build a Splinterlands Collection from Scratch - Off to a Good Start
I am building a new Splinterlands collection from scratch after having sold my previous collection entirely for $273,000 dollars!
That's right, you read that right, $273,000!
I used that money for some life changing things, paid my taxes and dropped every cent of what was left on my mortgage bringing my mortgage down from 28 years remaining to only 7 years remaining. I'm only 34 years old right now so with a little bit of a push, I can be mortgage free by the time I'm 40 years old if not sooner which is going to be huge for my family of 4 with children currently at ages 6 and 2.
So I recently started my collection over again. I put a tiny bit of money into SPT and trying to gain some curation there. Using post rewards and daily SPS airdrops to buy up DEC and hold for more collection power and as the funds come in through the SPS daily airdrops I also use some to buy Chaos Legion packs on hive-engine..
So far it's going pretty well this new plan and I hope to build another massive collection once again!
Great post man, the life changing potential of Splinterlands and Hive is unbelivable and it's great to hear from people succesful here. I'm gonna join those boys in the future as well! o//

Whoa thats bit of capital to build a few #splinterlands decks with! Make sure you build Gold Decks for brawling (Summoners + Monsters in each splinter) as I've noticed Gold Brawl decks rising as the number of Guilds is growing daily. I would also be buying a few 'cheap' Gold Epic+Legendary Rewards cards too as these will be very rentable+flippable for profit by the end of the year.
If you want to try scholarships @thgaming can set you up with one or two gamers. But it takes a bit of time to manage them properly -like a 2nd business- so if just want to play / invest then stay away from #scholarships. I have 2x official scholars and a few sponsored players I help out.
