If you wanted to hoard some packs and let them sit in your account for a while to see if the prices of these packs will go up on the secondary market then the time is probably now even if you're scooping them from the secondary market.

The prices on the secondary market are slowly starting to creep up so it could be a good investment to stash some of those away for like a year or so.
