Weekly BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Challenge with Target Practice

I always like this Target Practice ruleset as in this ruleset all ranged and magic units gain the Snipe ability. So I look into my card collection of different tribes and felt that in death tribe I have some strong ranged and magic attack monsters cards. So for this battle I chose my death team. In this battle I chose strong ranged attack monster cards so it could eliminate enemy's back line cards quickly.

Rulset: Target Practice

All ranged and magic units gain the Snipe ability.

All Melee attack Monsters have the Sneak ability.

The Strategy

In this battle challenge my strategy is very simple as I chose few ranged attack and few magic monsters as they get extra snipe ability, which is very handy in this battle. So, I check my card collection and chose water team for this battle. As I think that in my water team I have some balance monsters cards combinations. So firstly I must choose a summoner which helps to increase my cards states so I chose water summoner KELYA FRENDUL as this summoner gives extra life and shield to all friendly monsters. So for this Target Practice ruleset it is a best choice. My enemy brought death monster THADDIUS BROOD which reduce one magic attack and one health of all my monsters so this battle was water vs death summoners.

As I was using water summoner so I checked my water monsters cards and chose some high attack monsters with some extra ability. As this battle was low mana 25 so my options to chose monsters cards were limited.

In this battle for tank position my best choice was DJINN OSHANNUStwo magic attack and 10 health with void ability. On 2nd position I used CREEPING OOZE no attack and 2 health with slow ability. On 3rd position I used IGOR DARKSPEAR one ranged attack and 4 health. On 4th position I used AXEMASTER 2 ranged attack and 5 health with double strike ability. On 5th position I used ICE PIXIE one magic attack and one health with flying ability. On last position I used ALBATROSS no attack and one health with flying ability. So in this battle my all hopes lied on my strong tank monster card DJINN OSHANNUS. I hoped that my tank card survives and stay strong till end. I also hoped that my cards would not miss any attack and my enemy would not have any healer card. Thanks to my summoner my all monster cards got 1 extra shield and health. So we discuss our today's battle lineup one by one in next section.

The Summoner

In this battle I used KELYA FRENDUL RARE Water Summoner as it gives extra life and health to all friendly monsters. This summoner is helpful in all ruleset and works well to increase the defense.

1st Slot - Tank Monster

In this battle I used DJINN OSHANNUS LEGENDARY Water Unit with 2 magic attack, 10 health and 5 speed. This card is level 1 and also have void ability so this card was a best option for this battle.

2nd Slot - 2nd Tank card

On 2nd position I used CREEPING OOZE COMMON Neutral Unit with no attack, 2 health and 1 speed. This card also has slow ability so this card reduce the one speed of all friendly monster card.

3rd Slot - Ranged Attack Monster

On 3rd position I used IGOR DARKSPEAR EPIC Water Unit with one ranged attack, 4 health and 3 speed. This card is very helpful in all mana battels with 3 speed.

4th Slot - Ranged Attack Monster

On 4th position I used AXEMASTER EPIC Water Unit with 2 ranged attack, 5 health and 4 speed. This card also has double strike ability so this card attack becomes 4.

5th Slot - Magic Attack Monster

On 5th position I used ICE PIXIE RARE Water Unit with one magic attack, one health and 3 speed. This card is very helpful with flying ability.

Last Slot - Filler Monster

On last position I used ALBATROSS COMMON Water Unit with no attack, 1 health and 1 speed. This card is very helpful with one mana and flying ability so this card is a filler card just fill the last slot and also waste enemy's few attacks.

THE BATTLE

I think that I brought best team in this battle but my opponent also brought a compact but balanced death team with better choice of cards. Only card placement matters in this battle as I started with strong tank but my enemy also brought a strong tank card with thorn ability. My enemy also brought protect ability card which gave 2 extra armors to all enemy monsters.

In round one both teams lost one card as snipe ability was very important in this battle.

In 2nd round I lost two cards and my enemy lost nothing so worrying sign for me but still I have high hope on my tank card.

In 3rd round I lost nothing but my enemy lost one card.

So this battle lasted for 6th round and I lost 3 monster cards in this battle and thanks to my magic attack monster tank card I won this battle.

Conclusion

I think that I brought a perfect team combination in this battle and as expected my ranged and magic attack monster cards performed well. My enemy also brought a descent team but only difference in this battle was my magic attack tank card and my strong double strike ranged attack monster card at back end. So this was a tough match and I won this battle in 6th round.
