Saturday Savers Club Progress #week 25 - 10/09/22 - increasing liquidity in the swap.HIVE:DEC pool resulting in a nice weekly increase in DEC income

Its week 25 of my savings focus, working with the Saturday Savers Club which I think is a great Hive community initiative.

Weekly Progress Summary

• It was a bit of an average lack lustre week to be honest - apart from having a decent increase in my weekly DEC income (+ 425 DEC) due to increasing my staking within the SWAP.HIVE:DEC liquidity school,
• My 7 day author rewards was 53 +HP so well down from last weeks +114 HP, but funnily enough bang on my 12 week moving average of +53HP - so a very average HP income for the week !
• My curation rewards was +0.71 HP down from +0.91HP, but not so surprising as I had delegated 20% of my spare HP to help another Hiver for a few days,
• My 30 day moving average LEO income generation stands at +5.80 LEO (174/month) so up a little from last weeks +5.62 (168/month) due to some really nice post payouts a few weeks ago - I now have enough for this months LPUD which is good news and wont need to buy any extra from the market this month for the first time,
• My main investment focus continues to be LEO generation for LPUD and growing my rental position within Splinterlands. The former is going well, and the latter is in the early stages but rental income has been strangely down this last week by around 40%.

Key highlights were

• Added +39 HP, for a total of 1680 HP - so I'm looking well on target to break my annual goal of 2000 HP by the end of the year, and maybe I should be thinking about 2500 HP just to stretch myself ?!
• I bought 12 more splinterlands rental cards (venari knifer, gargoya devil x 2, radiated scorcher x 7 and hardy stonefish x2) - and also won a few cards in giveaways. These cards are low cost but they rent out regularly @0.1 DEC/day providing a decent APR (~100%),
• I gained +0.18 EDS, +0.27 DHEDGE, +2.39 ARCHON, +22 WOO, +2 PIZZA, +28 ALIVE, +0.048 ALIVEM, +20 CTP, +49 LOLZ, +51 FUN, +30 SPT, +1 SPS and +24 LEO via staking, giveaways, passive income, curation and or tips - who doesnt love synergy and compound interest !

Weekly Plan Changes

• no changes.

Main Targets

• Primary - Growing HP and delegating it to @leo.voter to increase my daily LEO income with the aim of gaining +6.66 HP per day which would give the 200 LEO needed each month for LPUD (I'm aware that last months LPUD needed 150, but I thought I'd keep my eyes on 200 incase it changes again),
• Continuing to keep active in #leofinance to provide additional LEO income also for LPUD,
• Secondary - Adding funds to the HIVE.SWAP:DEC pool to provide a daily DEC income to help fund new splinterlands cards in order to grow my rental income,
• Tertiary - Re-investing all splinterlands rental card DEC income back into high APR earning cards.

Plan for the coming week

• To make atleast one post daily to ensure a daily income of HIVE/HBD,
• With the price of HIVE so low I'll keep trading any HBD payouts to HIVE and hold a decent amount as liquid HIVE for buying back into HBD when the price of HIVE rises (closer to $1+). I have HBD sell orders in the range $0.46 to 0.51, and HBD buy orders in the range $0.65 to 1.05,
• After each Listnerds post payout, I withdraw 10% of my total balance, and now have a weekly income stream that I sell and use to invest in other layer 2 coins and projects - although the in-listnerds payouts seem to have stopped this last week (?),
• I'm making sure I make better use of tags in relevant posts where I can for better curation payouts, with a focus on #ARCHON, #ALIVE (#aliveandthriving), #LOLZ, #FUN, #GAMER, #BATTLE, #PGM and #CTP - as I have stakes in these,
• To delegate any remaining layer2 tokens I can to LOLZ or the cartel so that they are being put to work to earn some additional income.

And just a reminder that its PPUD on wednesday the 14th and LPUD on thursday the 15th - so an exciting week to come from an investment perspective !
