Portrait drawing of an old woman using Loomis approach
According to smokers (pardon me) the Joy they get from the act is what made me try and make this art of a beautiful old nanny in the same act with beautiful flowers I used representing the upper part of her head because probably she also must have been feeling fly in her head and probably be in another world.
Steps I used the loomis method of drawing portraits, and it made it easier to put the various features (eyes, nose, mouth, brows, etc) in the right place to make a real face figure. After which I completed the whole body shape with the beads around her neck before I moved her face tone which took a lil while to make her look real, squeezing her cheek to show she is really smoking at the moment.
I saved the best for the last which is her head. I mean flowers. Because I love flowers. And that was how I came up with this beautiful Art. Thank you all for your time
