Before we commence with the battle, we have to briefly discuss the ruleset of the battle we are going to have.

AIMLESS All units have the Scattershot ability. Scattershot can target Camouflaged units. This monster's attacks hit a random enemy target.

Summoner Used: GENERAL SLOAN

I used the General Sloan Summoner which increases all range attack monsters by one range attack damage. This summoner costs 4 mana and it is a level two card. With my line-up, I had three monsters and they were the Imperial Knight, Ajax Lightfoot, and Venari Crystalsmith. My opponent had five monsters in his lineup, including Pelacor Conjurer, Baby Unicorn, Zyriel, Divine Healer, and Soul Fiend. The Zyriel monster gave both adjacent monsters range attacks ability and that was a plus for my opponent to win against me.

Battle Rounds

First: In the first round, all monsters took effect from the summoners respectively by gaining additional range attack damage. First of all, the Ajax Lightfoot monster with the highest speed attacked the Zyriel monster first followed by a range attack from Venari Crystalsmith which eliminated the last position monster of my opponent.

The Zyriel monster with its first attack, eliminated my gladius monster (Ajax Lightfoot). From there I didn't have any hope to win this battle. At the end of the first round, my two range attack monsters were all eliminated leaving behind the melee attack monster which can't defend the whole team.

Second: In the second round, Zyriel monster just with one attack made four damage to my Imperial Knight monster. The Baby Unicorn monster finally attacked and eliminated my last monster on the lineup.

A very easy battle for my opponent to smash me on, lol. The Thorns ability included in the ruleset was also the trap for me in losing when I added a melee attack monster to my team lineup.

The battle did not go further from this stage and I was defeated in just two rounds. I would say it was embarrassing but my team was a good one although he had a lot of opportunity monsters that gave him the chance to win me so easily.

That was not a challenging battle for me, but I have learned my lesson and I am hoping to put together a great team next time when the same ruleset is given again. Check out the battle link here
