Well, this is actually a really fun topic.
Pumas and Cougars are actually the same species. These are just two different names for the same cat. So it's both of those answers, haha.
Panthers, on the other hand, are actually different. So it's technically not this answer.
BUT
To complicate it further, there is a subspecies of Cougar/Puma that is actually referred to as, the Florida Panther.
Nature is complex, especially when you like to label things 😆
