Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report
Greetings to all Splinterlands players and gaming community! Welcome to Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report. We are a guild that plays for fun, competitions and rewards and we play in the weekly Guild Brawls. Here is our battle report for the week.
Overall Guild Rank: Fourth Place
Our position improved this week to fourth place from last week's fifth. Only six wins separated us from the third place finisher, Unreal Guild. They have far more losses with forty compared to our fourteen. We finished the brawl with ninety wins and fourteen loses.
Top Brawl Participants and my Rank
My score was not bad with six wins and two losses but I only tied in tenth to twelfth place in our guild ranking. It shows that my guild mates performed better this time compared to previous brawls which was also the reason we climbed to fourth place.
Selected Games
Game 1
Game one was a low mana game. My opponent was from a brother Pizza guild. I chose Fire element with a two mana gladiator card, Orella Abadon. My tank carried the game with timely dodges against opponent's attacks. My opponent chose Water with one magic unit and a gladiator card. His cards had more mana and was only able to use two cards. In contrast, my units had less mana that allowed me to use three cards. The number of cards and my dodgy tank gave me the win in the game.

Game 2
Game two had me and the opponent choosing Water. It was for thirty mana that I had to choose cards that will fit in the mana allowed. My tank was a four mana Asel Alagosdil. It doesn't attack but has good defense. I chose Isgald Vorst for my gladiator card. It only has five mana, good for mid mana games. I had two magic units in the team that included Mystic Scaleweaver. It's ability gave advantage to my opponent, giving them a speed boost in reverse speed game. I chose it because of its high magic attack despite the speed boost it will give the opponent.
My opponent also chose a four mana tank with Thorns skill. His gladiator card used most of his mana allocation. It has nine mana and great stats for a tank. His next unit is a six mana magic card and then an archer card. My team is better with two magic units that benefits from the archon's buff. The opponent's gladiator card took to much of the allocated mana that tooks places of magic cards. Inspite of the speed buff he had, my advantage in attack carried the game and gave me the win.

Spending the Rewards
I bought one pack and got the following cards. I got nothing better than a rare card. I'm still waiting for a legendary card.
Conclusion
We earned 3,150 merits and 33 SPS from the brawl. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn guild rewards.
