Splinterlands introduces new cards that can only be used on the land games. It is a game within the Splinterlands eco system that is not focused on battles. The land game is focused on producing items such as Midnight Potions and Auras that has use in the main Splinterlands game. These items like the Midnight Potion are traded in the game's shop and provide a source of income to land owners. Producing these items require resources like grain, wood, iron and stone. The new land cards help by providing boosts in the production of the resources.
Initially, there are four land cards that were introduces. In the future, I would guess that there will be more cards in the land game. The four cards represent different rarities of common, rare, epic and legendary. They are also representing different elements of Water, Earth, Life and Death respectively. Note that these cards cannot be obtained by buying packs. They can be only be crafted using resources the land produces. I will discuss each card and their use.
