I fell in love with a game while investing in it long term.

It was two years ago I resigned with my work as a medical technologist assigned in rural health unit of the island I was born and raised where I was serving for the community in terms of primary health care services. For the last two years I tried to looked for an investment where I could put my little saving in good use -- I was really thinking investing it in but I failed to find a good place to put it. It was later part of the second quarter this year I did somewhat heard about NFT games where it started to bloom in our country which is the Philippines. Later on, I was able to know that my cousin was also into NFT games. It was so encouraging to really try because I was a gamer in my teenage years. Splinterlands was not the first NFT game I got myself into but definitely it was the NFT game I fell in love with. The game was introduced to me by a common friend of my cousin which was also into NFT games. When Splinterlands was introduced to me, I said to myself that I might try this game because it does not really demand a high initial investment. As I was getting myself into the game, I was starting to reminisce the part of my childhood where it was all fun -- playing with cards all day long! It was as of this moment I exactly knew I might have found the NFT game I am willing to play dedicatedly and invest my little saving.

At first, playing the game was a little bit of confusing somewhat kind of chaos I might say. I was always on the losing end. But lo and behold, I did not gave up. I did invested a pretty good amount of time learning the game, it is that fun. I slowly to turn the odds with me. I am now winning and sometimes can go on a winning streak. I am now thinking really well on how I should position my cards and what splinter will be a good use in order to carry out the counter attack. I am enjoying it a lot. As I play the game, I'm starting to discover how the mechanics of the game is so good. It ain't all about owning good and quality cards, its all about seeing the potential in them and utilizing their maximum capacity in order to give you a good win. I have seen and encountered opponents who possesess uncommon cards that I, myself, cannot identify. However, I manage to make a win using only playable cards. I'm pretty sure that I am not the only one who experience that kind of situation. The card renting system is so damn good. This system gives those who does not have the capacity to buy a certain type of cards the chance to temporarily own a card and make good use of it while making the game in balance. This game is so amazing because the dynamics the game played offers you a wide variety of strategy and counter attacks that not all of your plan of action guarantees a win. And to this I am now 2 months playing.

Indeed for the 2 months I am now playing this game, it is a great experience overall. Because of this I made myself believe to the game that I am willing to invest my little saving. My investment in this game is not that much but investing in the game, helps me and also to the game economy. I am fully satisfied with how the game develop as the number of players are increasing, thanks to its brilliant developers. An example to this, they keep the upcoming cards in Chaos Legion Pack half the power compared to the old cards to keep integrity. With all this said and done, I am now thinking long term with the NFT game I fell in love with.
