I'll be writing about how I've made poor decisions about finances.

Fear and anxiety can make or cause a person to be hasty financial decisions. It can make people spend a lot unwisely. Also when a man has too much pride and too much confidence of himself or herself can make an individual make poor financial decision without even knowing the situation or information around this thing.

Making poor financial decisions or spending unnecessarily can lead to some consequences. Consequences like not being able to save, it might lead to be in debt; you might spend poorly and at the end it can make an individual ho to borrow money from another because there is little or no money to solve basic needs.

I'll be sharing my experience about how I made poor spending decisions. This is something that if not to everyone, it has happened to 95% of people. At some point in time everyone has made poor spending decisions.

23rd December 2021, I can't forget the date, that was the day I made my first poor spending decision. Ever since that happened, I learnt my lessons and studied a lot to get relevant information about what I am about getting.

I had plenty other shoes to use, some pairs were still new, just got them but I wanted to get another. It was actually a trending shoe, this shoe looked exactly like the rest I had, the color did not even match all my dress, but I still wanted it.

My mom tried talking me out of making that be spending decision but I didn't listen. I did not gather relevant information of what I was going to get. Relevant information like if it was a shoe I was comfortable wearing or a product that was going to last. I am someone who doesn't wear really high heels but I did not consider any of the above.

Getting to the market, I got the shoe, and took it home. Wore it to church on Christmas day. It was when I went to church that I realized I couldn't walk or feel comfortable on this shoes. After service, on my way to the waiting car to get home, I fell just in front of the car and injured myself badly.

The shoe was disorganized, spoilt beyond repairs. All the money I spent was gone because I never wore the shoe again. This was such a bad experience for me, I made a poor spending decision and it ended badly. If I had invested the money into something tangible, it would have been more profitable.

I have other experiences, those ones are mistakes I made in investing in scam apps and the rest but I choose this one because it was my first experience and I regretted it.
I learnt my lessons and learnt to gather relevant information about what I want to get or do.
