Today I'll be talking about happiness. Happiness is essential in one's life. Happiness is said to be when one has the feeling of contentment, or feels joyous or is fufilled. Happiness can be experienced in small moments like the little time spent with family and loved ones.

Happiness might not be permanent but can be experienced in different ways in one's stay on earth. I'll be sharing some tips to consider when exploring or doing the things that make you happy.

Showing gratitude: When you learn to appreciate the little things life bring to you it will lead to having a greater sense of happiness. Each day in your life, either you write it down or just take a moment to reflect on the things you are thankful for.

Engaging in mindfulness practices is essential. Either by meditating or focus on the moment and thrash bad energy to be able to experience joy from the little things.

Connections and relationships: Nurturing meaningful connections and relationships that just reaching out or being around them can bring happiness. Develop and grow relationships with family, friends and loved ones to build and always gain their support.

Pursue passion: Always engaging in activities that make you feel truly fufilled can lead to one having a sense of happiness. Whether it's your hobby, you enjoy doing or your field of profession just pursue passion. I talked to a friend few days ago and he said he had passion for cars, he just gained happiness when driving. He said if he is on the steering he just has this joy, even he eats or not.

It's good to share your personal experience of happiness and happy moments.
It's important to know the things that is behind our happiness, then explore some theories and tips just like the one I have listed above that will help to a fulfilling and wonderful life full of happiness.
