Goal Reached! #13 Hive Meme Token Holder

A few weeks ago my SPS:ONEUP diesel pool added MEME coin to its bonus payouts.

Not knowing what it was, I decided to look more into it.

Here's what I found:

-MEME is the native token to the hiveme.me front end/tribe
-MEME is built to encourage people to create and share MEME on the platform
-You can use MEME to buy MEME based NFT's or Mint your own
-MEME price has been steadily trending up to match the growing community
-The @meme-curator account pays out 95% of curation rewards to delegators
-Max supply is 250 million tokens

While I'm not much of a meme maker, I do think it looks like a fun community with healthy growth and I'm intrigued by the ability to actually use the token for something other than just gathering more tokens. The coin also has decent liquidity.

With MEME currently going for .00041 I made it a goal to try to break into the top 20 holders.

At first I was having trouble getting a fill before someone else outbid me. I also didn't want to spend much of my hive because I just delegated some over to PGM for some nice rewards but it left me lighter in HP than I wanted to be.

I also didn't want to sell DEC with it sitting at lows but starting to turn back up so my only option to get more hive was trading.

That's why I when I saw some funky trading last week in the LVL market which signaled to me we'd probably see a large pullback after the pump, I jumped on the opportunity to trade it and make some free Hive to power up with. And like I thought, it pulled back hard this week going from .007 back down to .004.

Once I finished the trades and built back up my LVL position, I was all ready to go power up some more hive but suddenly there were some great deals on meme and which leads us to this post. With my LVL trading profits I was able to pick up 187k MEME which put me at #13 on the most staked list and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

After flexing a bit by putting in some healthy upvotes on some deserving posts, I decided to delegate 100% of my stake to meme-curator which pays out a generous 95% to the delegator.

With the total supply being 250 million, my next goal is to add 63K more MEME to my stake to bring me to 250k or 1/1000 ownership.

I probably won't buy anymore but instead will rely on over 500 meme per day coming in from curation and liquidity pool rewards. I'll also be working on my meme game by trying to make a meme post 1-2 times per week. The curator account gives some nice rewards right now if you get picked up.

I think if I stick to the plan, I should be able to get to my goal of 250k MEME in 1-2 months.

I expect hiveme.me to rise to be one of the top front ends and I think the token could run, especially if the meme NFT market takes off at some point.

At these prices, getting into a top position seems like a no-brainer.

UPDATE!

I was about to post this and I was notified I won a contest from @rentmoney to receive a 25k MEME delegation! It looks like I'll be reaching my goal just a little bit sooner :)

UPDATE 2!

Someone put 20k up for sale for .00035 and I bought them so I'll be at my goal now by the end of february and will probably just shoot to double it lol.
