Share Your Battle Weekly Challenge - Shadow Snitch

Well here I am. Been addicted to @Splinterlands for the last month. Joined an amazingly helpful guild in the @acolytesofhelio and now about to do my first ever 'Share Your Battle' Challenge

This week's subject is the wild looking SHADOW SNITCH.

Although I am a big fan of the Death Splinter, The Shadow Snitch is not a card I found myslef using too often. I think the 1 Melee Attack along with the 1 Speed just did not attract me to the card.
The reach attribute is defintely helpful and great for when the Rules of Battale only include Melee monsters.

Let's see how we can use the Shadow Snitch in a random battle today

Currently in Silver II level with a 2010 rating (not enough CP for Silver I yet)

Battle Rules: Poison
Mana: 26

I went with good onld Thaddius Brood as my Death Summoner

Had to make sure I had monsters with some higher health so the poison did not kill them too quickly.
Cursed Windeku in the front line as he often is in my lineups.
SHADOW SNITCH for the challenge - has to be in spot #2 to be useful with his reach

The rest of the lineup included:
Undead Badger cheap
Silent Sha-vi sneaky and 5 health
Soulstorm strong range
Corpse Fiend why not he is free and takes a hit

Opponent went with Fire Splinter and Living Lava upfront which is always a challenge.

Shadow Snitch was useless against Living Lava with his 1 Melee attack. 😢

It was a good back and forth battle with the backlines being taken out by Sneak Monsters. And then the Poison making health fade like a settign sun.

Came down to my Silent Sha-Vi holding out for the last hit with 1 health left. I still love the excitement rush of watching a battle come down to the last monster. Fortunately it went my way and I gained another victory.

Hoping to keep it running as we approach the end of the season.
Should I rent CP and try to get to Gold Level?
Just keep banging out victories here for a chance in teh rankings?
