I have 72 packs and will buy as much as I can during the next voucher based phase and after that might buy more in the general sale. My plan is to open as many packs as I have potions for. As of right now I have 133 potions each which is good for 26 packs and I will get more potions from quests before the pack opening date. The rest I will hold and open as I get potions in increments of 10 packs or 50 potions.

Makes sense, I definitely like the idea that you are aiming for enough pots for each pack. Definitely a good idea.
