Great Burning 2.0 & The Interconnected Nature of Splinterlands
In this video I listen to and comment on some remarks made by Yabamatt, during a recent Splinterlands Town Square. These notes are deeply important because he is explaining the power and revolutionary nature of Splinterlands, namely the interconnected nature of ALL of the in-game assets: cards, DEC, SPS, Land, and everything else!
If one goes up the others will as well! Therefore, it makes sense to be prudent about creating lack of supply through either providing sinks like Land 1.5 or creating burning events like the "Great Burning" which deleted 10% of ALL DEC/DECB, which I consider a massive success.
