Bargain Hunting - CP better than DEC? | Splinterlands
In this video we spent $90 USD on cheap collection power, and we finish the video off with some Gold Grind ranked battles.
While exploring the marketplace we found that the best bang for your buck is actually in the rare Reward cards. And surprisingly, the CP to cost ratio is approaching 100 to $1.00 USD, which is starting to reach a place where it may out weight DEC airdrop points.
Think about it, if 100 DEC, costs 0.50 USD, and that gets you 100 airdrop points, but $1 USD gets you 100 CP, which is 100 airdrop points, then cards are half as effective, BUT... cards give you CP which can unlock new levels of rank success, more daily rewards, or possibly rental cost, not to mention future price appreciation.
Sure, DEC continues to be a sound investment from the SPS airdrop perspective, but I continue to prefer to hold cards. So let's buy some in this video.
