One of my favorite cards is the infamous Dr. Blight. Not only due to the hype of the character marketing, but due to future meta. This card at level 3 will be crucial for gold meta, and so so for diamond.
- Affliction is already an amazing ability and can be used to help stop things like llama and pesky light decks, 2) the real key part of this card is the scavenger ability with the 2 formats about to form and cube moving out cards with scavenge with multi utility will be very very strong moving forward for poison/earthquake rulesets. 3) it's one speed is actually great as magic doesn't miss normally so for slow speeds this will play a pivotal role
at lvl 4 and diamond this card just becomes good but not broken in gold its op op.
Both cards are great for little league which is an INSANE added bonus
A really notable mention is QUEEN MYCELIA (I wish I would have trusted my instincts and got at 40$ but I'm still relatively new in this game so still learning to trust my instincts as not even 2 months in)
One key thing people should realize is it gained a lot more than 20$ if people look at things objectively you would see a 50% gain but if you see that dec dropped in price but that card went up it would net a decent amount more dec making realized gains at 70-80% maybe more
Let's get to the why
- At lvl 1 it is an improved wavesmith so great for bronze almost insane really
- The KEY to this card imo will be the amplify ability people have no idea how insane that will be yet, but I'm a card player by nature so my mind likes to formulate strategies that with mylor feels insane almost an error. They cant make amplify (or shouldnt) in dark and earth. Dark because of oyster rowtwell Pair those up with a lord ariuthus type card and we literally create cancer.
Normally I dont like sharing this type of information either, but since I cant capitalize on it or lack the confidence to at this moment and @ph1102 provided me such a detailed response here we go.
I hate talking about this type of information as I notice a lot of what I say ends up effecting prices making it less affordable for the average gamers. DYOR not financial advice just theory crafting.

Thanks a lot for this great comment. I think that the combination of Queen Mycelia with Mylor is indeed terrible. The additional shield and amplifier for the thorns can be desastrous. I think the only way to counter it is with magic.
Magic isn't even that effective of a counter as earth in particular has a TON of magic hate/suppressants i.e. failed summoner, mushroom seer, and sporceror. I think earth is actually going to see a big uptick in higher levels and in terms of lower levels will be unrealistically strong, not to mention if god forbid in a no magic setting earth is definitely op op now with these new updates.
But yeah I typically try to refrain from talking too much about card strategies is because I hate influencing prices in such a manner.
