Day one in the Fat to fabulous plan

Alright - Monday the 7th March arrived and as planned here we go.

Getting up this morning according to the plan - 06:00 - And doing the Weigh in to look at the start point - Oh dear - Lot of work to do. 108.0 Kg was the obscenity the scale dared to throw in my face so early in the morning.

Instead of getting all too depressed - I got my self going and have now been fasting since 20:30 last night - Only thing i have taken in is Water and Black coffee - Did my 30 minutes during luch with a fresh 3,5 km walk around the area our offices are in.

So the first day is achieved and now to follow up on this - "Only" 29 days to go with 20/4 fasting and minimum 30 minute activity each day.

Will keep the updates coming regularly - And aim is high - We are getting in shape and we are going to succeed!

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe? I think it is very important to take "baby steps" on your path to fitness. When I was in my 30's I really let myself go and I managed to get up to around 250 lbs (114kg) and my "fighting weight" 10 years prior was around 175 lbs (80kg). It took a lot of time and focus on diet but just like you are doing I started out just by watching what I eat and doing light cardio for 30 minutes a day.

Keep it up pal, that walk will turn into a jog which will turn into a run. You'll get there!

I never went the fasting route and will be interested to see what sort of impact that has on you.

Luckily it is not that long time since I was training actively, even though my weight at the moment shows otherwise :)

Everything done will be in baby-steps, as I have learned the hard way if I go too fast in this I get injury and a few week or month setback.

Going for the long game here, getting into the habit, being aware of what i eat, and going so through fastening - That has actually worked well for me in the past as I have never been the breakfast type of guy, never hungry in the morning, Coffee is all the fuel I need from the get-go :)

I'm a coffee only in the morning type of person as well. This is probably really not a good thing for me since I need a lot more protein than most people. Where are the instant coffee products with protein? That has to be a thing.
