The hunt for Diamond - 5 days to EOS

So here we are 5 days before season end status from last update 4 days ago is i moved up from Mid-Gold 2 and was reaching the last 1/3 of Gold one with now 2702 rating.

So needed to do well on the daily quest to get into Diamond, last season i got to Diamond 3 on the last day, surely wanting to beat that and be in diamond for a couple of Daily rewards before this season end.

Daily quest i got FIRE - I am really not a fan of Fire splinter - And of course the first 3 matchups i do with Fire i lose so my mood was already on a fast decline, so after a couple of more battles I got me a new quest and got Neutral.

Usually the thought is, ok only 3 quests completions needed and then home free. But as always as soon as i start putting down teams for battles i realize how much one uses the neutral cards. I for example have a huge love for my Uraeus who i have in lvl 5 now. So very often without thinking he finds him self on my team (That is one of the reason why Neutral Quests take me quite some time)

So status was after 7 battles with only 2 wins and 5 losses and only one of 3 completed for the daily quest and i was down about 50 in rating since i started, so typical.

But I had to finish up the Daily quest so i kept going. Long story short - Going from 99% ECR and a horrible start i finished the Daily quest up after 13 battles, and on 86% ECR with 5W and 8L - Could have finished up somewhat faster but of course i threw in Furious Chicken and Xenith Archer in a couple of battles without thinking so i won the battle but didnt get closer to the Daily Quest.

Standing at 2659 Rating after finishing the Daily quest i decided to do a little more grinding as i had some ECR to spare and see if I could get a bit closer to the promised land.

Well it went ok i ran a few battles, winning some, losing not as many.

For the Daily quest rewards I had to settle for Gold 1 Rewards again today as we did not quite get to Diamond today. Ending up with 2751 Rating, kinda Status Quo from where we started off earlier.
So now it is just Recharge ECR % and tomorrow - Wash, Rinse, Repeat!
