11 Chaos Legion Packs

Well, I keep opening Chaos Legion packs... I already opened 20 packs but I got just 1 legendary card and 2 gold foil cards, the rest of cards are just... common cards :)

Here is my only legendary card that I got today. Well, I have a couple of Dr.Blight cards too, but I don't count them because they are not from packs.

I didn't decide what to do with the rest of packs. Should I open them or sell and buy more card packs or exchange them into SPS?

Also, I am not sure if I will buy card packs using my vouchers or maybe I will just sell those vouchers.
