Last Brawl Result and Gladius Pack Opening! [SPLINTERLANDS] [ENG/ITA]

Hello all friends of Splinterlands and Hive. Today I want to tell you about the Gladius cards in my possession, especially since my last Brawls participation allowed me to open a pack of Gladius cards and I wanted to share it with you.

Results of the last Brawl with the EDSF Guild

The last Brawl we participated in has just ended. My EDSF Guild managed to place second, a great result thanks to the work of all my Guild mates. Especially thanks to the creator @mad-runner and the "deus ex machina" @libertycrypto27 who takes care at every Brawl to make the necessary adjustments and also flawlessly directs all the operations of the Guild itself. Our placing was uncertain until the very end, we had even predicted that we would fall off the podium, but in the end the hoped-for result arrived... and how it arrived!

We definitely could have done better, but in the end 108 points is enough to get us on the podium. The 34 defeats certainly didn't help us, but in these cases we very often face opponents who are much stronger and more valiant than us. All in all, we defend ourselves well!

For finishing in second place at Brawl we get 16 Crowns and a total of Merits based on our score.

So we get 738 Merits. Merits are a Splinterlands currency used to buy Gladius packs. Gladius packs in turn can only be purchased within the Guild Store. So if you are not yet active in the Guild, perhaps now is the time to do so.
Gladius cards can only be used in Brawl matches.

Gladius Pack Opening

Having received 738 Merits I got the amount I needed to reach 2000 Merits and be able to buy a pack of Gladius cards. Yes, you need 2000 Merits to buy a Gladius pack in the Guild Store.

I have to say that opening the pack and finding 2 common cards, 2 rare cards and 1 legendary was very rewarding. I love the Earth element so certainly finding 4 Gladius cards from the Earth Slinter put me in a good mood. But it did even more so to have found Jini Guise Legendary.

Gladius cards, as I said before, cannot be used in ranked battles but only within Brawl. They do have one advantage, however, which is that their Power is normally added to your personal Deck Power. And so finding Legendary or Gold Foil cards is very important in this respect. Gladius cards, however, cannot be sold, so they have no value in monetary terms. But if you find nice rare gold or legendary cards you could easily turn your deck power around.

Here is the card. Cost in Mana 4 points, 1 point Magic Attack, 2 points Speed and 5 points Life. The basic ability of Gladius cards is Bloodlust which basically allows the monster to increase all its points every time it kills an opposing monster. When I say all its points I literally mean all its points. Crazy, crazy... too cool ahah
Plus the good Jini Guise has the Protection skill, which means he provides +2 Armour to all allied monsters.
AH, I almost forgot... it's worth a whopping 1000 power points!

Ciao a tutti amici di Splinterlands e di Hive. Oggi voglio parlarvi delle carte Gladius in mio possesso, soprattutto perchè l'ultima partecipazione alle Brawls mi ha permesso di aprire un pacco di carte Gladius e volevo condividerlo con voi.

Risultati dell'ultima Brawl con la Gilda EDSF

Si è appena chiusa l'ultima Brawl a cui abbiamo partecipato. La mia Gilda EDSF è riuscita a piazzarsi al secondo posto, un ottimo risultato grazie al lavoro di tutti i miei compagni di Gilda. In particolare grazie al creatore @mad-runner e al "deus ex machina" @libertycrypto27 che si preoccupa ad ogni Brawl di fare i necessari aggiustamenti e, inoltre, dirige in modo impeccabile tutte le operazioni della Gilda stessa. Il nostro piazzamento è stato incerto fino all'ultimo, avevamo anche pronosticato di scendere dal podio ma alla fine il risultato sperato è arrivato...eccome se è arrivato!

Potevamo fare sicuramente di meglio, ma alla fine 108 punti sono abbastanza per farci salire sul podio. Di sicuro le 34 sconfitte non ci hanno aiutato, ma in questi casi molto spesso ci confrontiamo con avversari molto molto più forti e valorosi di noi. Tutto sommato ci difendiamo bene!

Per aver chiuso al secondo posto alle Brawl ci toccano 16 Crown e un totale di Merits in base al punteggio fatto.

Così ci toccano ben 738 Merits. I Merits sono una valuta di Splinterlands che serve a comprare Pacchi Gladius. I pacchi Gladius a loro volta possono essere acquistati soltanto all'interno dello Store della Gilda. Per cui se ancora non siete attivi in Gilda forse è arrivato il momento di farlo.
Le carte Gladius possono essere usate soltanto nelle partite delle Brawl.

Gladius Pack Opening

Avendo ricevuto 738 Merits ho ottenuto la quantità che mi mancava per raggiungere i 2000 Merits e poter comprare un pacco di carte Gladius. Si, servono 2000 Merits per comprare un pacco Gladius all'interno dello Store della Gilda.

Devo dire che aprire il pacco e trovare 2 carte comuni, 2 carte rare e 1 leggendaria è stato molto gratificante. Io amo l'elemento Terra quindi sicuramente aver trovato 4 carte Gladius dello Slinter Terra mi ha messo di buon umore. Ma lo ha fatto ancora di più aver trovato Jini Guise Leggendaria.

Le carte Gladius, come dicevo prima, non possono essere usate in battaglie classificate ma soltanto all'interno delle Brawl. Hanno però un vantaggio, ossia il loro Power va ad aggiungersi normalmente al Deck Power personale. E quindi trovare carte Leggendarie o Gold Foil è molto importante sotto questo punto di vista. Le carte Gladius però non si possono vendere, quindi non hanno un valore in termini monetari. Ma se trovi belle carte rare gold o leggendarie potresti svoltare facilmente il tuo deck power.

Ecco la carta. Costo in Mana 4 punti, 1 punto Magic Attack, 2 punti Velocità e 5 punti Vita. L'abilità di base delle carte Gladius è Bloodlust che in sostanza permette al mostro di aumentare tutti i suoi punti ogni volta che uccide un mostro avversario. Quando dico tutti i suoi punti intendo letteralmente tutti i suoi i punti. Assurdo, follia... troppo forte ahah
In più il buon Jini Guise ha l'abilità Protezione, ossia fornisce un +2 Armatura a tutti i mostri alleati.
AH, quasi dimenticavo... vale la bellezza di 1000 punti di power!

Ecco qui tutte le mie carte Gladius, ancora poche perchè ho potuto aprire soltanto 3 pacchetti da quando gioco a Splinterlands e partecipo alle Brawls con la mia Gilda.
