Chaos Legion Cards Analysis, are they undervalued? Part 1
Today I will gonna give my own opinion about Chaos legion cards, market price analysis, and we can talk about whether they are undervalued or not.
(Please note that his solely my own opinion and not affected by anyone and this is definitely not financial advice, this is my own noobish, dumbish, unexperienced analysis, p.s. the analysis is mostly on novice to silver since I am not really playing in the higher leagues)
Chaos has finally come and seems everyone is happy about it and the best thing was it was so successful and we did not encounter any critical trouble in terms of server issues.
I hope everyone got a great pull out of their packs but if you have not opened your pack yet, that could be a good idea too if you wanna hold it for much longer until legendary summoners are out to get the maximum value of the packs.
But speaking of Value, I really think there are a lot of new Chaos Legion Cards right now on the market that is very undervalued.
I will try to point some of them to this post and give them a comparison with cards that we have been using that we have gotten a lot of success with. So let's start.
- First, up is the Deimonshark I still think this card is really worth more than a dollar, as of the moment (when I write this post), it is listed as $1, but dude trample + enrage is definitely a thing in silver and with 3 Attack, 6 Armor, 8 HP, this guy is a beast! It is like a cheap Magnor, and I think it is one of the best tanks currently if we can only use Untamed and Chaos Legion cards on the new format(even if we add dice, it is still the best tank IMO)! So think twice about this card! I really feel that this card is at least worth $4.5-$6 just like the Serpent Eld or it could go up even more when the general sale is done. (but are you willing to take your chances and pass on this card?)
- Next up is one from the life splinter the Pelacor Arabalest I know the general sale is coming but if you are willing to sell this card below $2.5 this early, dude think twice, Axemaster got to at least $14 I think at some point and take note that Axemaster does not have a resident summoner that can give him +1 range, while Pelacor Arbalest has all the support he can get, Armor? ✅ Taunt? ✅ Summoner with a +1 Range ability? a big ✅. Like dude, if you think about it this card is gonna be a killer more than the Axemaster! I know he is more squishy than Axemaster (and slower), but with all the support he has in life, and the synergy that the life splinter has now? I think life is gonna be epic. I believe this guy could actually sell at least $3.5 to $4 and maybe more after the general sale. You might want to give this card deep thoughts again.
- Next one is the Forgotten One of the fire splinter, this card has immunity at LVL 1, and it is an Epic card, how cool is that? If that is not enough it also has retaliate ability at LVL 3 which you can use in silver, it has 4 Damage, 2 Speeds, 5 Armor, and 9 HP in silver! (it is somehow comparable to a lvl 2 Harklaw!) and with the synergy it has with the new fire summoner, dude you are missing out on this card, this is definitely not worth $7 as it is listed on the market right now! I could see its price skyrocket in the coming weeks. (this card is a must-have if I only have the resources to get this card LUL)
- Next up is the Portal Spinner, I am pretty optimistic about Scattershot ability that is why I am adding this card to this list, but aside from that this card has great synergy with the new Chaos Legion summoner, at silver, it can literally 1 shot people with +1 Range, his damage can get up to 5 and the great thing is Scattershot is not affected by Taunt, so it lowers the win percentage if you are running taunt with healers line up, significantly. (I definitely think this card is worth $1-$1.5 at least) In silver, it can get to 4 Damage (+1 from the summoner), 2 Speed, 2 Armor, 4 HP and I think it is pretty decent given how high he can dish out damage. It can always do some cheap shots to the backline even with taunt! We cannot compare it to anyone at the moment, sine Scattershot is a new ability but again I am really optimistic about this ability, and this could be a big thing. If Scattershot can be a great ability, and when it shows great success, I think this card can go up to $4 (this is a high risk card)
- Next up is Goblin Physic, this card is definitely comparable to Wood nymph (I know this card still has a lot of copies coming), but imagine if wood nymph is selling for $8 -$10, how can this guy not be selling for that price when the time comes, a lot of people will be coming in especially on the new format so you should take more consideration and thought about this card, not talking about the synergy it has with the new earth summoner 😂, (magic spam could be a pipe dream, but the synergy is definitely real). And it can even have affliction at LVL 4, heal, and affliction in silver? I will take it any time of the day. So definitely $1 below is undervaluing this card. (take note that you can also get silence at the gold level, so definitely this card is valuable)
- Next up is Xenith Monk, I think this card is so valuable than its current value, remember this is a neutral card so you can fit it on any lineup especially low mana battles, and this guy has heal at LVL 2, and it has decent HP (6) and Speed (3) for a 4 mana card, it is definitely a valuable card in Bronze and Silver, though I think LVL 2 is enough for the lower league. With its current price at below $2, I think this is a steal.
- Next up is Blinding Reflector this guy at,11 cents is definitely a steal, for 3 mana this is pretty good with Magic Reflect at silver and a decent amount of HP (5), and Armor (4) this is a great low mana tank. What else could I say? This is a Steal!! (again not a financial advise)
- The last one for this post would be the Deeplurker my favorite card. To be honest I really find this card really great with the stats and sometimes I am wondering if it could be a mistake for a common card, aside from the mana it needs I can't point out anything bad about this card. Look at the stats at LVL 1, 3 Damage, 2 Speed, 6 HP, with Opportunity ability? I mean it can 1 shot a lot of cards in a match lol, and it is definitely better than Serpentine Spy IMO. So I could say that getting this card below $1 is definitely a steal, I can see this card go up to $3-$4 very soon. (this is for silver and bronze league)

The list somehow validates the card acquisitions I have been doing these past few days.
That is great man, there are a lot of cards I could add to this list, but it will be a whole day read haha I will add some more cards maybe on the next post. XD I have not been tackling on the legendaries, and most of the epics yet LOL XD
Nice analysis. I do think some or maybe most of them will be worth much more later. If only I have enough budget I'll buy lots of those. Xenith Monk in particular is a steal, having Heal at level 2, escpecially to those missing Cerberus and Haunted Spirit from the starter kit.
That is a great point bro, without the Cerberus and haunted Spirit on the started cards, Xenith monk could be a great alternative.
Amazing list man very well done, one thing I think though is cards are still headed down. I'm keeping a watchful eye on the market to see when they start to go up but mainly they have steadily dropped since coming out. I feel this will continue well through the general sale and then once packs sell out I could see cards starting to rise.
Still never a bad idea if you feel you should be buying some up do it always trust your gut man. Who knows what will happen over the next 2 months but I'm eager to buy but also being patient and watching a few trends.

Definitely man, especially the summoners I am still holding myself off to buy them, the I am pretty sure they will continue to go down base on the trend, but I am keeping an eye on them and maybe I could make a deck enough to play low silver, so I won't need to rent anymore.

I'd like to add Crypt Beatle and Pit ogre. Three Drop tanks are bigger than people realize, and I've been winning a lot of games with them.
Igor is another hidden gem. A 2 drop with great damage and great health AND Stun. He's insanely good, but he doesn't look exciting because he's a two drop.
Void Dragon is insanely good too. Still confused people are sleeping on him.
Now for some NFA/How my diagnosed autistic mind sees this playing out.
I also agree that Chaos Legion is currently undervalued because we just had the biggest pack opening of the sets run when the majority of the 1M packs sold in presale were opened at the highest rate we will expect till at least January. Tons of packs opened with a lot of duplicates and unwanted cards to move. That's a lot of downward market pressure on singles. I now expect slowing pack sales in general 2 to give a bit of breathing space until we hit the final stage of general sale with no vouchers. I would then expect a great plunge in CL singles prices, and perhaps even packs under 4$ on HE, come January.
There could be a lot of FUD and even possibly a temporary bear market on all cards, especially CL and the now heavily circulated CL Reward Cards. Players asking for cheap cards will now be dismayed as the value in their cards have eroded with dwindling pack sales hitting a massive wall. We'll need to really play our part in reminding players that this is temporary, and now is the time to buy these cards. The same thing happened to Untamed and Dice cards. I remember being told by many people, whom I very much still respect, that Dice singles and Dice packs were a waste of money. DO NOT BUY. Unfortunately, I listened to them. XD A lot of people will be saying DO NOT BUY on CL, and, NFA, I'll be buying all the way down to the floor, and then probably buying a little more on the way up.
Everyone wants to buy the Dip till the sky is falling and the end is nigh. XD
Definitely a great point bud, I would really recommend people read this, I did not get to the point where I was present during those previous times since I am relatively new to the game, but based on history there were cards that were sold for $11 and now they are selling at $1,000, (I am not saying it is Yodin LUL)
I will talk about epic and legendaries in my next posts. There are a lot of cards that I really feel that is a steal right now.
Do you have an idea of when they are thinking of dropping the Chaos League Legendary Summoners?
I have been thinking of holding some of my packs just for such a case :-)
They will drop it through airdrop, and probably you will be able to start getting them on the general sale.

I never really have time to evaluate the cards as of the moment because I'm busy grinding on gold league . But I use Xenith Monk sometimes because of its healing ability and definitely it's catch. Thank you for this, I guess it's time to snipe some of these cards before your post become trending.
