They haven't fully revealed what their detection methods are I believe. @yabapmatt had indicated there were some decently reliable ways to implement in a way that the SL team felt comfortable implementing. That plus a human review process I think.

Correct. So Wild League (Which allows all cards) allows Bots, Modern League (which is the league for the most recent 2 "sets" Chaos Legion and Untamed at this point) does not. Tournaments and Brawls are currently still outside of this clarification/enforcement.

It's supposed to at some point but isn't currently.
Land is supposed to introduce the creation of items that let you to use potions/spells to modify gameplay after the initial team submission.
But that's not live yet and that specific feature seems like it's still a long way off.

Ah okay. I am not sure how long it will take, but you may be interested in the investment philosophy :
Meaning the next peak may be right before the promises of SPS comes to fruition (if they do).
