Right now I only have Dev experience with Wordpress personally. I'm definitely interested in connecting with anyone else who might want to partner on this project to turn it into a more Web 3.0 project - but on the whole I'm interested in conversations with anyone who wants to participate :)
In terms of HP delegation, as of right now I don't have a specific vision for that but would certainly be interested in a discussion! :)

I am starting to come back to the blogging side but have a good HP position which is great for curation. It would be great for you to start a curation trail so that the articles posted get rewarded with HIVE and brings more interest in supporting the project. Maybe start a community or ask for a specific tag on the blog so that users can follow and curate. I am also not an expert but know it could be interesting for the concept you are putting together.
